The bottom of the Rheobus is covered by a semi dense layer of foam to protect the solder leads from shorting out on your case.

With the face plate and sides as 1 piece, it is very easy to install. Sunbeam has sized the unit to fit in any case using the same screws and mounting points as any other DVD player or hard drive.

I took about 25-30 shots of the face plate trying to show the silk screened logo and name and how each rheostat is labeled. Because of the difficulty, I tried different backgrounds and lighting effects, so please excuse the unusual composition of the shot.

Here is a shot of the back of the Rheobus, there is definitely more than just rheostats in this unit. We will focus more on the components on the next page.
