Typically you will see a top vent and quick release connectors on all of the wires. If you want to replace the wires or use extensions with this inverter, you will need to take the inverter box apart, which is a hassle and exposes the user to shock hazards. The inverter does come with the standard Y-splitter with enough length for most applications.
Here is a close-up of the CCFL Lamp coil.
Last but definitely not least, the entire CCFL grill with CCFL on.
In conclusion, I think this is a well thought out and engineered product that is very close to being perfect. The only 2 things that I can grip about is the inverter box not having externally accessible quick release connectors and the grill mounting bolts. If Lamps Electronics would of make the mounting holes larger you could use regular fan screws.
