A
popular, and of late, very economical upgrade to our systems is
memory.
Game
Hardware has sent us a truly appreciated sample of Corsair Value
Select RAM to review.

What
we’ll be looking at today is a 168-pin unbuffered PC-133 64MB CAS-3
module, 7.5ns, #CM654S64-133.
The specs for this on the Corsair
site state that chips are Micron.
On mine that isn’t the case. The sample I have has Siemens
chips of the same spec.

The ram I’m comparing the Corsair to is
Apacer PC-133 CAS-3. The
Apacer RAM is fitted with Infineon chips, which I’ve had good luck
with.
The testing we are going to do is going to be appreciated most by
those who have machines on the lower end of the tech chain, as my
setup description will show.
