-- Conclusions

Here are the results of our tests.  We ran the cooler on our chip at idle and at full load.  Full load includes running 3dMark 2k1 and Prime95 for over 5 hours.  All done in Windows 2000.

Note* : Due to demand, we have included a comparison of the CV Chill Cooler to another good cooler, the Global Win FKP-32 Socket Cooler.  Here's what it looks like:

Note #2*: Due to our mistake, the temperatures for the FKP were read wrong.  Ambient temperature was different at the time the FKP was measured on the previous test.  That has been corrected and the ambient temperature has been stabilized in the updated test.  Sorry for the confusion.

CV Chill 370/462

Wow, those are some pretty good temps!  I have been previously using a GW FKP-32 and these temps are a couple of degrees lower than what I had before!

Definitely a great product if your in the market for a complete package cooler for your S370 or S462 Chip!  A big thanks to E-Compuvision for providing us with this sample.  Go grab one and tell them we sent ya!
