The miniNinja was designed for laptops sized 7" to 15.4" in size. However, it still works with larger laptops. Your larger laptop will just sit a bit over the sides if that is the case.

I have updated my laptop since we looked at the last cooler from Vizo. I am now rocking a Dell Inspiron 1720 (17"). Width wise the cooler is smaller but still is able to help with drawing heat away from the laptop.

The miniNinja is able to be adjusted to cool the video card (nvidia 8600M GT).

The angle is between 15-20 degrees, which works out great for me.

The fans are quiet and help move air out from under and away from the laptop. It is made for use with a desk and not for resting on your lap.

The miniNinja laptop cooling is the second cooling I have seen from Vizo and works quite well with larger laptops than what it was designed for. The size is just right and stores under the desk easily. Fitting it into a laptop backback does take up a bit of space.

Setup is a breeze as there is nothing to put together. Just unbox and plug it in and you are ready to go. The angle for typing is nice and confortable for desk use. Using it late at night in bed or while watching a movie is out of the question as it doesn't sit well on one's lap.
