The bracket for the Golden Orb II is about 1mm smaller than the one that came with the XP-90. Lets take the protective cover off the Thermaltake bracket and reveal the adhesive side. There is a hard layer of glue to hold it in place.
Add the extra post to the mounting bracket and then add the small amount of Arctic Silver 5. I used about 2/3 the size of a grain of rice. Placed the heatsink down on the processor and spread 1-2 degrees each way to cover the core of the processor.



If you have a removable motherboard tray this job would be a lot easier. Start with the screw that is on top, closest to the PSU. Then proceed to the bottom one. It makes for lining up the screw with the standoffs a lot easier because the PSU is not in our line of sight. It takes a lot more pressure than the XP-90 to put on. At first I had a bit of trouble getting the screws down. A few tries and a bit of manuvering, everything went into place.
