After a few minutes of transplanting the face plate, here we are. 

With that done it is time to put everything back together. I'll then have to pull the rack case out so we can add this into the machine. Here is a quick shot of the mess I need to get through before I can add it in. Off to the left of the CDROM drive is a the cage that would typical hold the floppy drive bay.

The front cover plate is removed with a couple of scews. I used it to make sure i have the card reader in place at the right depth, I wouldn't want to start getting things back together and then find out that I have to pull it out again.

Time to place this back into the case.
