The bottom left offers you the composite AV (L/R/V), headphone and S-Video connections. I find this a useful location as often times I have a camcorder or digital camera that needs to get plugged in. If these connectors were in the back, it would make for a hard time with the constant swapping of cables.

A VESA standard mounting bracket allows you to stand the monitor on a table or mount it on a wall. The rest of the video and audio connectors are right above the stand.

The rear connectors offer a power connector, DVI, analog, audio, L/R audio, component, FM, antennae and RGB. Included in the package are universal cable connectors that allow you to use off the air antennaes or a cable connection.
