Today Sunbeam was nice enough to send over a Light Bus and some of their CCFLs. Basically the Light Bus is used to control just about anything that can be powered by 12v. With a nearly limitless combination of settings, you can count on some nifty effects.

The Light Bus comes packaged in a nifty little cardboard box that should be sufficient to protect it from damage during shipping.

Inside the box we find an array of cables and an instruction sheet. Surprisingly enough, the instruction sheet was pretty good and covered the basics of operating the Light Bus. A far cry from some of the "instruction sheets" I have seen lately.

As you can see, the central Light Bus unit is in a bubble wrap bag, and everything else is neatly bundled. They even included a Y molex adapter.
