Unlike with the previous model, installing the drive was cake.

Now all that is left is to put the cover on and secure it with the 4 included screws. The stands then pop onto the enclosure and are held on by tabs that pop into the screw holes. This covers the holes and allows the case to sit slightly off the ground.

The stands have non-skid pads on them which keeps the enclosure anchored nicely.

Everything on the back is clearly labeled and easy to understand. The fan was a welcome addition and can barely be heard while the running. Vantec even included a headphone jack so you can use the analog audio out port of the drive.
