In order to have a winning product, an item needs to have an easy to use interface. Before we get to using the interface, instructions to get it set up need to be used. The Pavio comes with a fully colored diagram sheet explaining the different ways to hook up your media player.

The controls are all located on the front of the unit. The left side has the menu, return and the direction/ok dial.

The right side has the stop, play/pause and volume dial.

The top of the unit allows you to insert SD (max 512MB) and CF (max 1GB) memory cards. Useful to move pictures around from your camera to the Pavio.

On the bottom is where rechargeable battery is inserted. It sort of reminds me of the same battery that Canon Powershot S series camera use.

The A/V out, USB and DC in are located on the right side.

The docking station lets you charge the unit while docked as well as letting you use the TV Tuner option. The coax is located on the back of the unit as well as A/V in and out plus a S-video port.

Also included with the package is an easy to use remote.

Let's see what this thing can do...
