Today we have some DDR2 from Mushkin to take a look at. With a history of producing some of the best RAM available, I have no doubt that they will be able to continue the tradition with their DDR2 offerings.

Usually at this point in the review, I would complain about how bad the packaging is on the product. But as usual, the Mushkin packaging is superb. The package is essentially an inflatable bubble, with the RAM tucked away inside. It's similar to those inflatable flotation devices little kids have on their arms. To take the RAM out, simply pull the black tab, and the bubble deflates and you can remove the RAM. Since the bubble deflates and lies flat, you can store it just about anywhere and use it later. If you ever want to store your RAM again, just slip it back in and blow the bubble back up. This is simple but brilliant design; I sincerely hope they gave they guy who came up with this thing a raise.

Of course they also package the modules in anti-static packaging.
