Just after opening the box, I noticed the first problem.

The top cable is Firewire, while the bottom cable is USB.  First notice how short they are.  Neither cable is longer than 3 feet.  This severely limits where you can put the drive with the included cables.  The only place I was able to put the enclosure was on the top of my computer.  The cables just weren't long enough to reach the top of my desk. Also notice that the Firewire cable has a silver weave and the USB cable is a drab black. I don't know why they wouldn't send matched cables, but I think the Firewire cable looks better.

Here is a shot of the enclosure itself.  It has a nice futuristic design without going overboard. 

The only connections are two Firewire ports, a USB port, power connector, and an on/off switch.  Everything is close together and easy to identify.
