Today, Vantec was nice enough to send us one of their NexStar External Hard Drive Enclosures.  Sporting firewire and USB 2.0 support, this device promises to make any 3.5 hard drive fast and portable.

As usual Vantec does an excellent job packaging their items.  The box gives all of the relevant information and doesn't look like something that was put together as an afterthought.

The interior is done nicely as well.  Everything is snug and well protected by either foam or bubble wrap.

After taking everything out of the box, you should have the following:

• Driver Disc
• Enclosure Stand
• Power Adaptor
• Power Cable
• USB Cable
• Firewire (IEEE1394) Cable
• Screws & Screw Driver
