If you look around the case modding market lately, there are a bunch of retailers providing numerous solutions. Even local mom and pop shops are getting in on the case modification market, getting window kits and so forth in stock. Its nice to see this happening and having parts readily available.
With all these shops around, its kind of hard to find one that stands out. If you've seen window kits, you know what I mean about being generic. Anyway, we had a chance to take a look at a case from Wahoo Computers, the Schema model. What these folks do is take some of the nicest looking cases and added their own touch to it. Get ready to for some eye candy...
The case is based on the Lian Li PC60. You can read about the LL PC60 in its stock form in our previous review over here. Now for some quick specs on this modified unit:
- Brushed Aluminum
- Custom 92mm Panaflo L1A Top Exhaust Fan
- Custom 80mm Panaflo L1A Side Intake Fan
- Dual 80mm Stock Front Intake Fans
- 80mm Stock Back Exhaust Fan
- Dual Finger Guards Per Custom Fan
- Aluminum Filter Per Custom Intake Fan
- All Custom Fans are Grommet Mounted
- and more...
Immediate observations will make you do a double take on the blowholes. The look and feel are unique, haven't seen them done this way on any other modification.
