For the people that have every major computer component available to man in their box already, you can place the fan on the back of the spacer. I chose to place it in front of it, and later discovering that it was hitting my video card. Can't have that happening, so I bent the spacer some more to provide more room for the screw:

With everything complete, just screw in the Poorman's Card Cooler into an empty slot of your case:

There you have it, your very own card cooler for the price of a fan (I am assuming you have these metal spacers lying around somewhere). If this helped you at all, please let me know.
