I've noticed that some people have opted not to bust a hole onto the side of their case to mount a fan. First off, you need tools and time, sawing out that hole isn't easy. So I figured what's the next best thing, a custom made card cooler! Here's what you need:

I chose the 80mm Panaflo I had from my Molex Connecting Guide and a metal spacer I had from my case. You should also have a drill around since we will be making some holes. I of course used my brand new Dremel that I got back since I broke my last one! Take the fan and measure it up with the spacer:
