Connected all the wires, solder still together, wires not broken ok, this is what it should resemble:

   Now the test, I hooked the fan into the contraption and there it goes, spinning as fast as ever:



   The fan is spinning, but the camera makes it look like its not. So there you have it, a cheap cost effective way to clean up a case. The total price for this is about USD $15.
