After getting the dremel through the whole piece of Lucite, measure again to ensure you have an even and clean cut:

It's good!

The next step depends on yourself. Decide how big of a hole you wish to cut into your case. Line up the Lucite and cut around that area making sure you give enough room for some nuts and bolts. I taped the plastic to the case to keep it in place. You may use clamps for this if you have them around:

Tight

Now that you have the correct size, decide where and how many nuts and bolts to put in. You can substitute nuts and bolts for any other combination that will provide enough strength to hold this together. With holes drawn, I took my borrowed (hehe)
Makita drill with 1/4" bit and punched a hole into the side of my case. Make sure you have the correct size bit, I chose a 1/4" bit because I had 1/4" bolts:

Nuts and Bolts

No need to make holes that are too big, not good for cases, not good for life. If you want to prevent any sudden sliding while drilling, take a smaller bit and punch a very tiny hole or mark to start off with:

Holes and more Holes

The holes a little hard to distinguish, but they are on the bottom in the middle.
