When the unit arrived, the packaging wasn't that much different than any other.  Basic fan wrapped in plastic covering with a packet of heatsink.  Ripped apart the packaging and noticed this sheet on the bottom of the base:

Thought to myself, cool, they're trying to prevent the copper base from losing its shine.  The paper is treated to help prevent corrosion.

Guess that paper is really needed, because the base has an incredible shine!  Not too many blemishes as compared to some other units we've seen.

As many of you know, a good clip is always a plus in our books.  This unit has the basic small notched clip that a thumb on a finger can never fully push in correctly.  So a small flat screwdriver should be used to get it down onto your motherboard clips.  Not a huge problem, but we prefer using our hands to eliminate any types of mishaps the screwdriver may cause.

The unit comes with a black labeled Delta fan and a fan guard.  Kind of surprised to see they used this 6800rpm fan instead of their house label Top Motor fans.  Maybe they haven't produced a fan as fast as this one yet.  Anyway, you know how these fans are to your ears so that's something to think about.

Here are a few shots of the 60 fins on the unit.  They are situated very close to each other, covered by a metal shroud.  One side of the copper is a little bit rougher than the other, guess that's just the way they were produced.  The 'slicing' may have been the cause of it.
