Inside the outer packaging, everything is contained within a very sturdy cardboard box.
Inside of that box, you will find yet another cardboard box that holds the goods.
The card itself is tucked into an anti-static bag inside a bubble wrap sleeve. With such attention to detail, it would take a significant mishap in shipping to do any damage to this card. All too often these days, companies put a card in a sleeve, drop it in a box, and hope for the best. Fortunately, M-Audio seems to care more about their products than that.
Included with the card are some extra goodies like a quick start guide, a very thorough manual, registration card, driver CD, applications CD, a music sampler CD (which is surprisingly good), a copy of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, and a voucher for a trial issue of magazine Remix.
The card itself is fairly plain looking. Although it has a nice blue PCB. You can never go wrong with anything blue.
