Upon first look of the waterblock, it seemed to be a two piece copper construction mated together with four screws.  I tried opening up the screws to see if I can take it apart and see the water channels.  Didn't work out too well, couldn't even get the last screw out.  The bottom of the water block has been lapped, which is good sign.  All the biting 'teeth' connectors are 3/8".

The radiator is roughly 80X80X80mm.  It does have pre-punched holes so you can attach it to your exhaust fan in your case.  In my opinion, the holes make for a really hard time to even attach a single 80mm fan to it.  The radiator does not use the biting teeth method, but a tube within a tube design.  More on that later.

The reservoir and pump are a neat combination.  Since the pump is not submerged in the reservoir, the transfer of heat from the pump into the water is prevented.  One downfall of this unit is that it does not power on with your case.  It uses external power, but I believe Crossover does offer an add-on relay that you can install.  The reservoir uses the biting teeth method of keeping the tubes in place.
