So we're almost there, we just need to get the toner cartridge inside the printer and we can turn it on.  Now the large sheet diagram said to shake the toner left and right before putting it in.  This ensures that the toner gets evenly distributed inside the cartridge.

To put in the toner, we needed to open up the front bezel.  Just put both hands on the sides and pull it forward, it'll open up pretty easily.  Slide the toner in and hear it click and we're ready to roll.

I closed the front and shove about 100 sheets into the top tray.  It says it can take up to 150 sheets, but I went with 100 anyway.

I did a quick demo test to see the print quality at 600X600 DPI.  I would have to say that the warm up time was quick.  Usually a laser printer needs to warm up the toner, which can take a certain amount of time.  The HP Laserjet 5 at my office takes about 50 seconds to really start working.  The ML-1210 took about 20 seconds to start printing, definitely a plus.  Here's a close up shot of the test print:

The test is crisp and sharp and the speed of the print was excellent, no wait at all.  I did another test to see if it really was close to the page per minute speed they stated.  I printed the first 35 sheets of the Red Hat Manual located here.  It finished the print at 3 minutes and 24 seconds, which comes out to about 10-11 pages per minute.  This is fairly close to the advertise speed although it is 1 page less than what is stated.
