The first thing I noticed when I unpacked the box, is the ISB SOHO is made of a semi-clear plastic. It has a very trendy look that would be great on any desktop whether its a MAC or a PC. Typically, a network device is a rectangular metal box that has been a "classic" last-forever look that has been around for decades, the SOHO has a small rounded profile that is 7 3/4" wide, 6 1/2 inches long, and 1 1/4 inch tall. The bottom has rubber feet a half inch in diameter that are inline with the supports for the top of the SOHO so that it can support other devices, such as a hub or a KVM switch.

Now that you have seen the front/top and the bottom, lets take a look at the working end. The ISB SOHO has a pretty typical setup, 1 WAN port and 4 10/100 ports. Additionally, there is the power connection, a reset button, a wan connection LED, 3 LED's indicating 10/100/duplex (or collision) for each port, and a 4-part dipswitch. The dip switch is for configuring, backing up, and updating the firmware of the SOHO.
